* Assisting with condition surveys, measured surveys, and defect diagnosis
* Supporting project delivery including preparation of specifications, schedules of work and contract administration
* Involvement in a range of work across residential, commercial and education sectors
* Working alongside senior surveyors to develop client relationships
* Supporting health and safety compliance, including CDM duties
* Preparing reports and maintaining project records
Assistant Building Surveyor Job Requirements
* Degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline
* Ideally some practical experience within a consultancy environment (including placements)
* Graduates will be considered for this role
* Eager to progress toward MRICS status
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Full UK driving licence
* Must be within commuting distance of Brighton
