Responsibilities:
1. Promoting an environment that encourages the patient to feel safe and comfortable
2. Keeping up with patient’s personal hygiene and wellbeing
3. Ensuring patients are properly fed and hydrated
4. Communicating and supporting the patient’s relatives and carers
