\nTHE ROLE:
\nA highly regarded regional law firm is looking to appoint a Family Partner to take the lead of the firm’s family practice in Birmingham. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Family Lawyer to take on a strategic leadership position within a supportive and ambitious firm. You will have the autonomy to manage a caseload of high-quality family law matters including high net worth and complex divorce proceedings, financial remedy, private children law matters, cohabitation and pre/post nuptial agreements. In addition to managing a caseload you will play a key role in business development, mentoring and supervising members of the team and shaping the long-term direction of the department.

\nTHE CANDIDATE:
\nKeen to speak to experienced Family Solicitors who are currently working at Partner level or ambitious Senior Associate level ready to make the step up. You will have at least 8 years PQE in dealing with privately funded matters gained within a leading regional or City law firm. You will have strong technical expertise in handling complex and high-value family matters and a proven track record in business development. An existing client following or strong network in the West Midlands would be desirable.
