Are you an experienced Office Administrator or Procurement Assistant looking for a new challenge in a dynamic, tech-focused business environment?
Applause IT are hiring for a proactive and organised Office and Procurement Administrator to take ownership of their office management and procurement processes. This is a pivotal role, working closely with technically-minded teams to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

What you'll be doing as Office and Procurement Administrator:
* Managing and maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities
* Handling incoming communications (calls, emails, and correspondence)
* Preparing and processing company orders, and liaising with suppliers
* Keeping accurate customer and sales records (including maintenance/support helpdesk and renewals)
* Supporting scheduling of meetings, travel, and events
* Providing after-sales and customer support
* Assisting with the creation of sales and marketing materials
* Supporting promotional activities and ensuring compliance with company procedures
What we're looking for:
* Experience in administration, sales, or customer support roles
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident IT user – Microsoft Office (Word & Excel essential), SharePoint experience desirable
* Experience using Intuit QuickBooks (or willingness to learn)
* Comfortable working independently and escalating issues where needed
* Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
* Experience in procurement/purchasing is a bonus, but not essential
