We are recruiting for an experienced Sous Chef to join our 2 Rosette Kitchen. Congham Hall is a privately owned 31-bedroom Hotel & Spa, located in rural North Norfolk.
We are looking for a driven and motivated individual who are interested in furthering their career and skill set. A sous chef that is calm, well organised and can work well within a large team. Someone who is influential, can lead, motivate and develop junior team members.
The shifts will be a combination of splits & straights; five days per week including weekends, bank holidays, Christmas etc. Working in a brigade of 8 chefs, our restaurant caters for 70 covers.
Our food is freshly prepared using the finest ingredients and produce.
You should also be:
* Smartly presented
* From a Hotel background
* Experience of working in a 2 AA Rosette establishment preferred
* Good understanding of food hygiene, health & safety
Uniform will be provided.
This is a permanent position. Competitive rates of pay and meals provided whilst on duty. Share of gratuities and pension scheme available.
