Responsibilities
* We are seeking a full-time Facade Design Manager to oversee the design and management of facade projects. This hybrid role is based in Liverpool, with some flexibility to work from home.
* Lead the design process and coordinate with external design teams from portugal, architects, and contractors.
* Review technical drawings and specifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
* Manage project timelines and delivery of facade projects.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve project goals effectively.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in facade design, glazing, and cladding solutions
* Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM
* Strong project management, team leadership, and coordination skills
* Excellent knowledge of industry regulations and building standards
* Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse stakeholders
* Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
* Experience with project delivery in commercial or residential construction projects is advantageous
