Key Stage 2 Teacher – Full-Time, Long-Term Opportunity
Location: Hemel Hempstead
Salary: £34,398 – £46,839 (depending on experience)
Start Date: January 2026

A well-regarded primary school in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a dedicated and passionate Key Stage 2 Teacher to join their team from January 2026. With a strong focus on inclusivity and whole-child development, this school offers a supportive environment where both staff and pupils are encouraged to thrive.

This long-term position is open to experienced teachers as well as Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are eager to make a lasting impact on their students' education.

The Role
As a Key Stage 2 Teacher, you will create an engaging and dynamic learning environment that fosters curiosity, confidence, and academic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and deliver well-structured, engaging lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum

* Differentiate lessons to support a variety of abilities and learning styles

* Monitor pupil progress and provide constructive feedback

* Maintain high standards of behaviour and achievement in the classroom

* Work collaboratively with colleagues on planning, assessment, and curriculum development

* Build strong relationships with parents and carers

* Contribute to extracurricular activities and the broader school community

What We’re Looking For:

* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent

* Experience teaching Key Stage 2 (ECTs with relevant placements will be considered)

* Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum

* Excellent classroom management skills and reflective teaching practice

* Passion for nurturing children’s academic and personal development

* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
