Roles & Responsibilities
* Disassemble hydraulic/mechanical components into their sub-components.
* Perform inspections, including interpreting technical data, identifying wear, damage, or corrosion, using calibrated measuring equipment, and completing documentation.
* Assemble hydraulic and mechanical components from technical data, preparing them for testing and inspection.
* Support test bay engineers by testing hydraulic/pneumatic units and documenting results.
* Maintain adherence to standard operating procedures and safety standards.
* Ensure compliance with quality standards according to CAA, EASA, FAA, and company procedures.
* Follow health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Perform other operational duties as required.
Qualifications & Experience
* Background in mechanical or hydraulic engineering.
* Minimum GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
* Strong numeracy and literacy skills, with the ability to interpret compliance manuals.
* Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining quality and safety standards.
* Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
* Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills.
* Excellent analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills.
