Job description
* 25 to 30 hours a week
* 12.50 per hour
* Flexible in terms of days / times worked
* Initially working from Office and" in the field"
* Job role:
Lettings Viewings
Sales Viewings
* Tenant check ins & check outs
* Updating the inventory or creating an inventory from scratch
* Inspections
* Running keys to local contractors (mileage paid)
* Ensuring the properties are ready before tenants move in
* Checking the quality of the clean / repairs after they have been carried out
* Data entry
