Job Description
We are looking for a kind‑hearted, enthusiastic individual to join a dedicated team supporting a young man in his own home. This is a truly rewarding role where you can have a positive impact on someone's life every single day.
The young man you’ll be supporting is full of life, enjoys company, and loves spending time outdoors and engaging in a range of activities. You’ll be helping him live life to the fullest while supporting his daily needs.
What You’ll Be Supporting With:
* Tracheostomy care
* PEG feeding
* Personal care and other day‑to‑day living tasks
