Eagle Platforms & Training Ltd, a leading access platform rental company based in Sheffield, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Account s Clerk to join our team at our Dinnington headquarters. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the finance function and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of account s operations. Key Responsibilities: Processing purchase and sales invoices accurately Managing account s payable and receivable Reconciling bank statements and supplier account s Assisting with payroll administration and Vat (if applicable) Maintaining accurate financial records Supporting month-end and year-end processes Handling general finance-related administrative duties Minimum Requirements: Proven experience in a similar account s or finance role Strong knowledge of basic account ing principles Proficiency in account ing software (experience with Xero preferred or Sage ) and Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication skills Desirable (but not essential): AAT qualification or working towards it Experience within the plant hire or rental industry Remuneration & Benefits: Salary: £27,000 £31,000 (depending on experience) 24 days paid annual leave Bupa private healthcare Death in service insurance package Company pension scheme
