Freight Forwarder - Fine Art Division
Location: Feltham, London, UK
Salary: up to £35,000 (DOE)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9:00am - 6:00pm)

My client is looking for someone with previous experience in Freight Forwarding for the Fine Art and Luxury Goods Industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct Road, Air and Sea Freight Forwarding operations, start-to-finish.
* Raising Job files and all of the appropriate operations paperwork.
* Supplier and client liaison and negotiation. Speaking daily with Museums, Galleries, Auction Houses and Private Collectors.
* Arranging Collections and Deliveries of Fragile and Luxury Goods.
* Internal liaison with the sales team assisting with quotations and service information.
* Managing the jobs from quotation stage to final invoicing in line with the client expectations and communicating effectively any service issues.
* Proactively contacting the existing clients to maximise business potential.
