Job Role: * As a distributor, all sales enquiries are B2B, mostly processing orders for trades people with credit accounts. * Answering the phone and dealing with sales enquires * Processing sales orders taken via email, phone or via the company website. * Compiling detailed quotes for customers. * Communicating with internal departments, for example, warehouse, transport, accounts etc… Requirements: * 5 years + previous experience of working in a sales busy office processing orders. * Excellent customer service skills, ability to build good rapport with customers. * Fun, friendly, professional personality, able to get on well with colleagues and customers alike. * Excellent attention to detail and methodical. * Good mathematical skills, a logical brain and common sense * A passion to learn the job, the products, the technical aspects of the role, to enable them to provide a better service to customers.
