JOIA at art’otel Battersea Power Station is the first London restaurant by award-winning two Michelin-starred Portuguese chef, Henrique Sá Pessoa and is inspired by Henrique’s culinary heritage and travels across the Portuguese Iberian Peninsula.

Your journey so far …
As our JOIA General Manager, you will have experience managing a large team in a high-performance operation. You will have experience in developing your team in a fast-paced environment while creating an exciting buzz around the restaurant.
We want JOIA to be the most talked about Restaurant around London, and you to bring a WOW factor to our guest experience.
As our JOIA General Manager, you will receive:

As our JOIA General Manager, you will:
* Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
* Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to maintain consistency and high standards.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
* Recruit, train, and manage restaurant staff, ensuring they meet performance and customer service standards
* Develop and manage the restaurant’s budget, focusing on cost control and revenue generation
* Implement strategies to drive sales and improve overall financial performance
* Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
