In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the sales journey — liaising with prospective vendors and buyers, arranging viewings, and using negotiation skills to agree successful sales. You’ll build strong relationships, market properties with creativity and confidence, and drive new and repeat business.

Responsibilities
* Liaise with prospective vendors and buyers and arrange property viewings in line with their needs
* Negotiate offers and agree sales
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers
* Market properties to buyers using various marketing skills
* Focus on generating new and repeat business
* Canvass the local area, door knock, and leaflet drop
* Ensure properties adhere to health and safety standards
Essential Skills
* Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
* Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment
* A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
* Ability to work on own initiative
* Good telephone manner
* Strong IT skills (basic Microsoft packages)
* Attention to detail

* Full UK Driving Licence
* Access to your own vehicle
* Proof of business insurance for your vehicle before starting
* Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (as per the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
* Evidence of right to work in the UK (Passport or Birth Certificate)
Also required: Proof of Address, National Insurance, and Drivers Licence Check.
