* Strong commercial acumen, including expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and driving profitability while maintaining a guest-first approach.
* Strategic thinking with hands-on operational experience, enabling you to balance day-to-day management with long-term growth planning.
* Commitment to health, safety, and security, ensuring the well-being of guests and team members at all times.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, fostering collaboration across teams, partners, and the local community.
* Passion for sustainability and conservation, with the ability to champion SEA LIFE's mission to protect marine life and the environment.
