Job Description
We are looking for an Internal Sales Executive (known internally as a Direct Sales Executive) that will be targeted to achieve a new business revenue target and manage the performance of new customer accounts over an 8 week period.
This role will be based from the Head Office in Smethwick.
As a Direct Sales Executive your primary responsibility will be to achieve the company’s revenue target for new business in line with the company’s strategy for customer size, type and service mix.
Key responsibilities will include;
To identify and develop a personal prospect funnel sufficient in size to fund new business targets as identified in the company strategic plan.
Monitor the performance of new customers to ensure they trade to agreed profile and terms. Agree and deliver action plans if variances occur
