Booker in Hemel Hempstead is looking for a candidate to assist the General Manager in leading an operational team while promoting continuous improvement in warehouse efficiency. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, leading Health & Safety agendas, and developing team skills.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of management experience in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment, strong people management skills, and proficiency in Excel and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
This role requires flexibility to work weekdays with the possibility of weekend shifts based on operational needs.
