Role Summary
Our client is looking for a senior relationship professional to serve as the primary point of contact for their B2B Business Partners — the third-party fund managers and strategic partners whose funds our client distributes. This is a highly visible, cross-functional role sitting at the intersection of distribution, product, and strategy.
The ideal candidate will come from a third-party marketing firm, investor relations function at a hedge fund or asset manager, or a wholesale/intermediary relationship management role. You will be someone who understands the technical, commercial and operational dynamics of fund distribution partnerships, and who can represent our client's business with credibility and authority.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the principal day-to-day contact for all B2B Business Partners, maintaining strong, trust-based relationships
* Maintain detailed, current knowledge of each partner's fund range, strategy, and operational status
* Keep Business Partners informed on all matters of material importance, including flows, pipeline activity, market trends, and the competitive landscape
* Oversee approved names lists and ensure disclosure statements are accurate and up to date
* Lead pre-roadshow planning, coordination, logistics, and marketing in collaboration with internal teams
* Deliver structured post-roadshow feedback to both Business Partners and internal stakeholders
* Organise and facilitate product teach-ins for internal teams in coordination with Sales
* Act as an internal champion for Business Partner interests

Desired Experience
* Experience in a third-party marketing firm or placement agent, investor relations role at a hedge fund or asset manager, or wholesale/intermediary relationship management
* Strong understanding of fund distribution dynamics and the B2B intermediary landscape
* Commercially minded with the ability to manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously
* Excellent communicator - confident presenting to senior stakeholders and adept at distilling complex fund information clearly
* Highly organised, with experience managing roadshow logistics and cross-functional coordination
* Familiarity with disclosure requirements, approved names lists, and associated compliance considerations is advantageous
