Job Description
Reporting into the Senior Sales Controller, you’ll own sell-in and sell-out across key retail partners — with full accountability for growth, investment, forecasting and performance.
This is a hands-on, commercial role for someone who loves numbers and negotiations, strategy and execution.
The Role
Owning sell-out growth by brand and by retailer, building ambitious YOY plans
Driving sell-in targets, forecasting replenishment, NPD and seasonal launches
Managing retailer investment budgets with laser focus on ROI and profitability
Leading JBPs, contract negotiations and payment terms
Presenting and landing NPD with strong activation and visibility
Building best-in-class retailer relationships across buying, merchandising and marketing
Delivering exceptional execution across VM, space, online visibility and OSA
Producing clear, confident brand and retailer reporting
Staying close to category trends, competitors and store execution
What we are looking for
Experienced in prestige beauty sales (experience within Pure Player retailers and Key Prestige UK Retailers preferred not required)
A strong, confident negotiator who isn’t afraid to challenge
Commercially sharp, numerate and detail-obsessed
Highly organised and comfortable juggling multiple brands and retailers
Proactive, resilient and genuinely enjoys getting stuck in
Energised by change, pace and ownership
