Senior Case Manager
Location: Hybrid working (attendance at the office is expected and can be discussed further at interview)

Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Case Manager to join our growing team at Tula Medical Experts. This is a leadership role, responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality case management services across a national network. You’ll manage our internal case managers and subcontractors, ensuring clients receive consistent, compassionate and clinically-informed support throughout their rehabilitation journey.
You won’t carry your own caseload – instead, your focus will be on building and maintaining the infrastructure, relationships and oversight required for others to deliver exceptional care. This includes managing team performance, supporting professional development, liaising with solicitors and insurers, and ensuring that the service is both clinically sound and aligned with the litigation process.
This is a hybrid working role, with attendance at our office expected and details to be discussed during the interview. Travel may be required to meet with team members, clients, families, solicitors and other healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
·Lead, supervise and support a team of in-house and subcontracted case managers
·Build relationships with referrers (solicitors, insurers) and ensure service standards are met
·Maintain oversight of clinical quality, case manager performance, and compliance
·Develop internal processes to support the delivery of assessments, reports and case management
·Support recruitment, onboarding and professional development of case management staff
·Work closely with leadership to evolve the case management offering and respond to business needs
Requirements
* Some medical or legal background, including but not limited to nursing, physiotherapy, occupational therapy
* Experience managing or supervising healthcare or clinical professionals
* Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary professionals across geographical areas
* Extensive network of rehabilitation providers and extensive network of case managers nationally
* Excellent interpersonal skills with clients, families, and legal teams
* Strong written communication skills for reviewing and supporting complex clinical reports
* Organised, with experience in service delivery and performance oversight
* Practical knowledge and extensive experience with medico-legal and rehabilitation frameworks (especially the Rehabilitation Code)
