About The Job You’re Considering
As a Sogeti UK consultant, you will be part of the Digital Assurance and Quality Engineering practice. You will represent Sogeti by providing expert solutions to our customers, helping us maintain our position as a leader in the market. You will work on a variety of client sites across industries such as global aerospace, government, finance, insurance, and media/digital. You will gain exposure to tools and technologies that will allow you to continuously develop as a subject‑matter expert in quality engineering.
Hybrid Working
The places you work each day will vary according to your role, needs, and business requirements. It will be a blend of company offices, client sites, and your home; you will not be able to work from home 100% of the time.

Your Role
* Work with the latest testing tools and upskill in different technologies through projects on various customer sites.
* Gain experience within a market leader in Next‑Generation Software Testing Services.

Your Skills and Experience
* Knowledge and experience of scripting and development in any OOP language such as Java, JavaScript, AngularJS, Perl, Python, or Ruby.
* Knowledge of DevOps principles.
* Knowledge of cloud solutions such as AWS or Azure.
* Knowledge of automated test tools such as Selenium, Tosca, or EggPlant.
* Awareness of CI/CD, server configuration and automation tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Puppet, Jenkins, or TeamCity.
* Knowledge of generative and agentic AI techniques, particularly prompt engineering.
* Flexibility on travel/work locations during the working week.
Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS)
* Successful appointment requires completion of BPSS checks.
* No nationality or residency restrictions; if you have resided outside the UK within the last 3 years, further checks may be required.
* Other BPSS criteria will be assessed during the recruitment process.
