We are Outcomes First Group. This vacancy references 3 Dimensions Education - Options Autism and provides opportunities to be part of a multidisciplinary clinical team within our schools network.


Role and responsibilities

* Lead Clinician to manage our in-house Clinical Team at 3 Dimensions School.
* Work collaboratively with the schools Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and the Regional Clinical Lead.
* Split role between clinically leading the team and supporting therapeutic interventions.
* Coordinate and monitor embedding of whole school and bespoke clinically informed approaches and interventions for students with complex profiles of need (autism, neurodivergence, developmental trauma, SEMH).
* Focus on EHCP plan needs, target-led via OFG all, group and individual clinical ways of working embedded into whole school approaches.
* Coordinate line management of onsite clinical team members and lead service development of the clinical school-based service alongside the school SLT and Regional Clinical Lead.
* Maintain a person-centred, empowering approach; ensure safeguarding is embedded and pupils are heard, respected and involved in decisions.
* Contribute to the development of innovative approaches to enhance quality of life and outcomes for pupils.


Location and team

Location provides access to a wide range of first-class mental health and physical health checks. You will work within Outcomes First Group’s network, including a multidisciplinary clinical team at each site and collaboration with education teams.


Qualifications and experience

* Qualified Practitioner (e.g., Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, Speech and Language Therapist or Psychotherapist) at least level 7, with valid professional registration and membership of a professional body (e.g., BPS).
* Knowledge and understanding of EHCPs.
* Experience growing a service and multi-disciplinary team focus.
* Experience working with autistic individuals and/or those with complex needs.
* Clear and concise report writing related to clinical and research activities.
* Experience providing supervision and supporting a therapy team.
* Ability to work independently and to work dynamically within a growing and developing clinical service.
* Experience of multi-professional work with teams or services within the designated specialty (preferred).


Contract and benefits

* 50,000 - 65,000 DOE and Clinical Discipline hours: 37.5 hours per week, 8:30am – 4:30pm, Mon – Fri. Permanent contract.
