The Federation of Blenheim Road Community & Coed Eva Primary Schools is seeking to appoint a highly motivated and experienced Head of Schools to join our leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our federation, working in partnership with staff, pupils, parents, and the wider community.
As Head of Schools, you will work under the direction of the Executive Headteacher, providing significant contribution to the development of a clear vision for the federation and the professional leadership required to enable all staff to support learners in achieving their full potential. You will deputise for the Executive Headteacher as required and lead on key areas including performance management, assessment, safeguarding, estates and buildings management, HR, inclusion, and financial compliance
We are looking for a Head of Schools who will:
1. Provide dynamic and strategic leadership across both schools, driving improvement and fostering a positive learning culture.
2. Motivate and enthuse staff, pupils, and stakeholders to achieve their best.
3. Lead on safeguarding as Designated Safeguarding Person for the federation.
4. Develop and implement effective strategies for teaching, learning, and wellbeing.
5. Build strong collaborative relationships with parents, governors, and the wider community.
6. Ensure compliance with all statutory and financial procedures.
7. Experience as a Designated Safeguarding Person.
8. High level of skill in using and applying ICT.

EWC Registration:
Registration with the Education Workforce Council is required.
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (1974). A comprehensive screening process will be undertaken on all applicants which will include an Enhanced check with the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
