About the Role
Our Early Intervention in Psychosis (EIP) Team in Great Yarmouth is seeking a Community Team Manager to join a permanent, part‑time (34 hours) position. The role supports a multidisciplinary team that provides up to three years of care for individuals experiencing a first episode of psychosis across Norfolk and Waveney.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide overall leadership and management of the Community Team.
* Support staff performance, safeguard, and quality assurance processes.
* Develop and implement clinical plans and strategies within the MDT setting.
* Make autonomous decisions and manage junior team members.
* Collaborate with social‑care and other local service providers.
* Maintain effective communication with service users, carers, and stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills
* Excellent leadership and team‑management experience.
* Strong communication skills across diverse audiences.
* Demonstrated commitment to service‑user and carer engagement.
* Ability to innovate, drive change, and work confidently in a changing environment.
* Experience with safeguarding, quality assurance, and staff development.
* Capacity to work flexibly between 8 am‑6 pm, Monday‑Friday.
