BMC Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Project Manager on behalf of a well-established engineering contractor operating within the geotechnical and civil engineering sector. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing business delivering complex infrastructure and ground engineering projects across Scotland.The Role:
* Manage projects from pre-start through to completion
* Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
* Coordinate labour, plant, subcontractors and materials
* Maintain strong client relationships and oversee project documentation
* Monitor commercial performance, cost control and programme delivery
* Lead site teams and drive high standards across safety, quality and performance
About You & Requirements:
* Experience managing geotechnical, foundations, piling or civil engineering projects
* Strong operational and commercial awareness
* Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
* Full UK driving licence
