Key Responsibilities
* Build and manage a portfolio of 80-200 clients with comprehensive training.
* Communicate with clients professionally via calls and emails.
* Provide excellent customer service consistently.
* Assist clients with our bookkeeping portal.
* Offer basic tax planning and ad hoc advice as needed.
* Review and approve accounts before sending them to clients.
* Prepare self-assessment tax returns for client approval.
