Working Foreman
London (Zones 1–5)
£50,000 – £60,000 | Full-time | Site-based
We are seeking an experienced Working Foreman to work across multiple live sites in London Zones 1–5, supporting day-to-day site delivery while acting as a key link between the client and site teams.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is comfortable being client-facing, takes pride in their work, and is happy to roll their sleeves up when needed.
The role:
* Acting as the on-site point of contact between the client/customer and delivery teams
* Supporting the Project Director with site coordination and progress
* Overseeing daily site activity to ensure works are running smoothly
* Maintaining high standards of site presentation, safety and quality
* Being hands-on when required. Including general site tidiness, minor touch-ups, snagging, or small works.

1. Proven experience in a working foreman / site-based supervisory role
2. Strong communication skills and confidence dealing directly with clients
3. Practical, solutions-focused and willing to “chip in” when needed
