About the role
As our Visual Content Producer, you’ll create engaging and informative video and photographic content for our website, advertising, and social media channels. You’ll manage the full production process, from planning and filming to editing and publishing, while working closely with the Marketing Manager to shape content strategy and align outputs with wider marketing and recruitment goals.
Requirements include proven experience in end-to-end video production, particularly for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Strong editing software skills, a creative eye for visual storytelling and content strategy, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, and the capacity to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
