We are seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as a Receptionist. Your role will focus on providing professional, high-quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home, along with a range of administrative duties. Responsibilities include:
1. Answering the telephone, responding to enquiries, redirecting calls, and recording messages.
2. Completing reception-related administrative tasks, maintaining databases, and assisting the General Manager.
3. Maintaining the tidiness of the reception area and liaising with Housekeeping.
4. Supporting social media posting and managing show-arounds.

The ideal candidate will:
* Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Be confident using computers.
* Maintain a positive, friendly, and welcoming attitude.
* Have experience in problem-solving and handling client complaints.
