Were looking for a Sales Office Manager to lead our experienced team at Cotteswold Dairys Tewkesbury Head Office. This is a customer service role focused on taking and processing orders from our existing customer base (inbound calls and emails, no cold calling), ensuring every order is accurate, on time and supported by outstanding service. Youll manage a team of four Sales Administrators and work closely with our Haulage, Production, Technical and senior management teams to keep operations running smoothly for our loyal customers in the dairy / food manufacturing (FMCG) sector.
