Legal Executive / Conveyancer Location: Torquay (St Marychurch)

Join a friendly, close-knit team at a well-established local law firm in Torquay. Our client is seeking a Legal Executive / Conveyancer to join their residential conveyancing team.
This role focuses on residential conveyancing, with occasional low-value commercial matters. If you enjoy working in a small, professional firm that values personal service, teamwork, and a strong local reputation, this role is ideal for you.
Handle residential conveyancing files from instruction to completion
Assist with occasional low-value commercial conveyancing matters
Liaise with clients, colleagues, and external parties to progress cases
Contribute to maintaining the firms high standards and excellent client service
Has qualifications and/or experience in undertaking conveyancing transactions
Lives locally and can come into our office during office opening hours to assist with our workload
Can interact with our clients face-to-face, as they frequently visit the office
The firms offices are located outside the town centre in St Marychurch, close to Babbacombe Downs. The practice operates from a characterful older building, which provides a traditional and professional working atmosphere.
All staff benefit from having their own private offices there are no open-plan or communal working areas allowing for focused, confidential client work. On-site parking is available.
