As General Manager based in Brackley, you'll provide essential leadership to deliver exceptional results on this major project. What will you be responsible for? As General Manager, you'll provide inspiring leadership across our multi-utilities framework on HS2. In this collaborative role, you'll oversee project delivery for the full EKFB section, supporting team development while ensuring consistently high-quality service delivery. Your day to day will include: Managing Contract Managers and coordinating resources across the complete project Building relationships with clients and leading key meetings to present progress Working alongside the commercial manager to ensure favourable outcomes Supporting the team with a positive, inclusive culture and growth mindset Planning ahead to effectively manage workflow according to client programmes What are we looking for?
