Job Description
We currently require a part-time Council Tax Reduction / Housing Benefit Business Consultant to join our established team. The role involves working Monday to Thursday.
The consultancy team comprises specialists in NEC’s Local Government Revenues & Benefits products, Data Migration Services, Systems Integration, and Interfaces.
The successful candidate will bring expertise in Council Tax Reduction & Housing Benefits, aiming to enhance the team’s capabilities while sharing and expanding their own knowledge.
Qualifications
* Expertise and extensive up-to-date knowledge in Benefits (CTR/CTS and Housing Benefits)
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Problem-solving abilities in demanding circumstances
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team on multiple projects
* UK Driving license and willingness to travel as required
* Experience with Integration / Interfaces (with NEC R&B products)
* Experience working with customers and external agencies
* Experience delivering training and seminars
* Experience processing within NEC systems
* Recent experience with NEC System Administration processes
