An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Manager to lead a successful trade parts sales operation in the Aberdeen area. We are seeking a commercially minded, target-driven leader who can inspire a team, grow revenue and maintain outstanding customer service standards.

Parts Sales Manager Role Responsibilities:
12. Lead, coach and motivate a team of Parts Sales Executives to exceed targets
13. Manage KPIs and deliver regular performance reviews and 1-to-1 coaching
14. Plan and implement local sales campaigns to drive customer engagement
15. Build and maintain strong relationships with trade and business customers
16. Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure a seamless customer experience
17. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
The Ideal Parts Sales Manager:
18. Proven background in sales management within a B2B environment
19. Strong leadership and team-development skills in a target-driven setting
20. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
21. Good IT skills, confident with Microsoft Office and business systems
22. Passion for the automotive sector or a strong desire to deliver exceptional service
