Job Overview

A Sous Chef will work closely with the Executive Chef to manage all aspects of the kitchen, delivering an excellent guest and member experience while overseeing food provisions, assisting with guest queries, and maintaining cost controls.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the kitchen brigade to produce high‑quality dishes impeccably prepared and served.
* Manage storage rooms, ensuring all food items are ordered and stored correctly.
* Support the Head Chef with creating and testing menus and achieving departmental targets.
* Assist with guest queries and maintain cost control across the kitchen.
