Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Reseptionist to join our Lettings/Estate Agent team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for property and a strong commitment to providing exceptional service to clients. You will be working with both the Lettings team and Sales team, utilising your organisational skills and ability to communicate effectively.
Duties
* Working with the Lettings team, carrying out viewings, processing enquiries and dealing with day to day tasks.
* Booking in maintenance and managing job sheets.
* Working with the sales team to carry out viewings and showcasing properties to potential buyers.
* Listing properties for sale and social media advertising.
* Availability for some Saturday shifts (9-1pm) and hold callout phone on occassions.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in real estate or a related field is preferred but not essential.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
* Proficiency in using technology for marketing properties and managing client relationships.
* A proactive approach with a strong desire to succeed in the competitive real estate market.
