About the Role:
As a Senior HR Consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting a significant project within Provider Services. This project aims to implement a Future Operating Model to drive positive change and efficiency. You will be the designated HR professional guiding and supporting this change program.
Responsibilities:
* Provide high-level specialist HR advice and operational support to managers and employees.
* Ensure adherence to council policies and procedures while undertaking projects to deliver workforce solutions.
* Supervise HR Consultants in managing the full employee lifecycle and change management processes.
* Develop strong working relationships with managers, employees, and trade union representatives.
* Lead the development and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, and best practice guidance.
* Manage and deliver HR-related learning and development events to enhance organisational capability.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in HR consultancy, preferably within a public sector or similar setting.
