Responsibilities
* Act as a role model for customer service excellence and coach the team to deliver an exceptional service experience.
* Lead and manage the Workshop, including Technicians/Mechanics, to achieve maximum productivity.
* Ensure Service Advisors are customer focused and contribute to upselling targets, budgets and KPI monitoring.
* Provide guidance, training and appraisals to the Service team to help individuals reach their potential.
* Monitor department performance against budget, identify shortfalls, and implement improvement plans.
* Analyse local market statistics to identify opportunities within the territory.
* Organise departmental forecasts and reports in a clear and timely manner.
* Own and manage customer satisfaction and service quality across the department.
Qualifications
You will have prior experience in a VAG environment with a proven track record in transactional aftersales and delivering exceptional customer service experiences. You will have experience leading a motivated team and know how to get the best out of each member. Experience monitoring financial performance against budget and addressing shortfalls promptly is essential. Ability to understand finance and insurance product regulations is required. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and negotiate a sale.
