Responsibilities
* Deliver high‑quality technical support to pupils, staff and parents in a busy IT department supporting up to 1,500 users.
* Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues and manage pupil laptops from Year 3 upwards.
* Ensure effective use of digital technologies that support teaching and learning.
* Deliver outstanding customer service and support school‑wide IT projects.
* Collaborate with the Head of IT and the broader school team.
Qualifications
* Experience as an IT technician or in a first/second line support role, ideally within the education sector.
* Strong communication skills, able to work independently and as part of a process‑driven team.
* Experience with Windows, Mac OS, and network infrastructure.
* Knowledge of education technology tools and wellbeing support software is an advantage.
