Job Description:

Real Chemistry is a global health innovation company at the intersection of healthcare, marketing, communications, tech, and the people at the heart of it all. We are seeking an Account Director with healthcare client services experience to lead client strategy, oversee project execution, and drive new business in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices, and health IT fields.


Responsibilities:

* Manage multiple client engagements in a fast-paced environment.
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
* Guide strategic development and ensure flawless execution of tactics.
* Advise clients on marketing/communications and identify new visibility opportunities.
* Create persuasive communications plans (annual, quarterly, etc.).
* Oversee operational efforts and financial performance, including budgets and team management.
* Manage client budgets, resourcing, and staffing.
* Ensure high standards in account team quality and client request handling.
* Collaborate with shared service leads to grow integrated business and develop new opportunities.
* Supervise account staff and promote continuous learning.


Qualifications:

* Ability to lead cross-functional teams internally.
* Experience developing multi-channel, multi-market strategies.
* Ability to work with analyst teams on KPIs and measurement plans.
* Experience with global and local program execution.
* Knowledge of clinical trial or product science communication.
* Understanding of industry regulations in the UK and Europe.
* Experience in planning, resourcing, and forecasting.
* Strong communication skills and professional presence.
* Ability to manage upward and communicate effectively.
* Supervisory skills and experience managing junior staff.
* Proficiency in social media and project management.

This position requires 20-30% international travel for client meetings and conferences.
