Preferred Requirements: Proven experience as a Management Accountant, with a strong understanding of financial management principles and best practices. Proficiency in using Sage Intact and advanced Excel skills to analyse complex financial data and generate insightful reports. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with colleagues across the organisation. Ability to think critically, identify financial risks and opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations to drive business growth. A passion for continuous learning and a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes. Experience working for an organisation with a turnover of 25 million plus. Preferred Qualifications: Qualified Accountant status, with a recognised accounting qualification such as AAT, ACCA, or CIMA. Extensive experience (3 years post qualification) within Management Accounts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
