Job Title: Specialist Occupational Therapist
Location: The Grange, Thatcham, RG19
Salary: Between £38,005.50 - £45,513 pa, based on 37.5 hours per week, 42 weeks per year
Contract Type: Permanent – Term Time Only - Full Time and Part Time Considered

A day in the life of a Specialist Occupational Therapist includes:
* Applying a neurodiverse affirming and trauma-informed approach within a small caseload
* Assessing, developing indirect therapy programs, providing advice, and delivering direct therapy
* Collaborating with Speech and Language Therapists and Creative Art Therapists
* Designing and delivering training and mentoring for colleagues to enhance occupational therapy services
Requirements:
* A recognized postgraduate qualification in Occupational Therapy, with qualifications in Sensory Integration and Processing, and HCPC registration with RCOT membership
* Extensive experience as an Occupational Therapist
* Ability to contribute to capacity assessments
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
* A full driving license, with occasional travel to other sites, including Tiverton Hub
