• Manage all RLC apprentices within their AOR. • Engage with all stakeholders involved in the apprenticeship journey. • Check learner availability and ensure that any proposed apprenticeship requirements are deconflicted with Unit FoE. • Identify status of apprentices who have been in Gateway more than 3 months to prepare them for reengagement. • Ensure proposed dates for apprenticeship activity has been confirmed and are agreed by the Unit, the End Point Assessment Organisation (EPAO) and that the Apprentice and EPA equipment and real estate are in place. • Ensure all workplace admin for EPA has been approved and complete. • For EPA resit/retake notify Unit and ensure that the Service Provider Coaches reengage with learner as appropriate. • Receive notification of EPA status (undertaken/cancelled) and update RCMO tracker. • Scrutinise, manage and monitor resit/retake and coordinate stakeholder booking. of those apprentices that a resit/retake. Ensure that all reviews are managed and deconflicted. • Ensure units have updated JPA upon completion of EPA. • Assist the RCMO and RLC AAP team on wider RLC apprenticeship issues as directed.
