Job Title: Branch Administrator
Location: Burgess Hill
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000
Hours: Monday - Friday 40 hours per week

My client is looking for an organised and proactive Branch Administrator to support the Branch Manager and ensure the smooth, day-to-day running of operations. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, you’ll provide essential administrative support, act as a first point of contact for customers, and help keep the branch running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as Personal Assistant to the Branch and Sales Manager
* Manage incoming calls and maintain the branch switchboard
* Serve as the first point of contact for customer enquiries
* Provide administrative support across departments as required
* Prepare sales quotations, invoices, and delivery tickets
* Carry out daily cashiering duties and liaise with Head Office
* Maintain accurate records and keep the sales database up to date
* Support the sales team during events and trade shows
* Conduct monthly stock checks on domestic items
* Ensure clear and timely communication across the team
* Deliver a professional, customer-focused service at all times

* Discreet, trustworthy, and confident handling confidential information
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Comfortable working with both written and numerical data
* Well-presented with a professional, customer-first attitude
* Full, clean driver’s licence
