About the role
Working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (08:30–20:30), you’ll act as the main point of contact for a key customer while supervising a small warehouse team. This is a fast paced, customer facing role where no two days are the same and your leadership will make a real impact.
You will be responsible for:
Acting as the main contact for customer enquiries, resolving issues quickly and professionally
Setting up each shift and allocating tasks to warehouse operatives
Ensuring all activity follows customer SOPs and agreed processes
Using the customer’s WMS to manage orders, stock, and reporting
Keeping operations on track and stepping in to resolve issues as they arise
Communicating clearly with internal teams and the customer throughout the shift
Completing thorough handovers to the night shift, keeping health & safety front and centre
About you
You’ll have experience operating a power pallet truck and ideally be familiar with the Mowi account and customer requirements. You’ll thrive in this role if you’re confident, vocal, and comfortable leading from the front in a busy warehouse environment. Strong problem‑solving skills, clear communication, and the ability to stay organised under pressure are essential. You’ll be a team player who enjoys working with people, taking ownership, and keeping standards high while maintaining positive customer relationships.
We think the strongest teams are built on diversity and inclusivity. Contrasting opinions, varied skills and strong characters bring out the best in us all. And we cannot wait for you to join.
