Under close supervision, processes new instrument orders, reagent rentals, and leasing contracts. Responds to inquiries related to instrument management and initial standing orders for new contracts. Interacts professionally with field representatives and managers, as well as internal departments including Customer Service, Sales, and Service managers to expedite customer requests.
Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities
* Reviews new instrument order documentation for completeness and accuracy.
* Enters and tracks data related to new instrument orders.
* Responds to internal and external inquiries about instrument orders and rental/lease agreements.
* Performs monthly checks on the Reagent Rental contract database for timely results and accurate invoicing.
* Reviews contract documents to ensure compliance with guidelines.
* Coordinates instrument shipping with field management based on availability.
* Performs routine contract administration, including filing customer contract documents.
* Prepares files, documents, and reports as needed.
* Resolves customer issues related to credit/claims for orders, reagents, and instruments.

Qualifications
Minimum Knowledge & Experience
* Associate Degree in Business or related field required; Bachelor's preferred.
* At least two years of customer service experience.
* Basic Microsoft Office skills; knowledge of pivot tables and SAP preferred.
* Fluency in English required; French desirable.
Other Information
* No international mobility required.
* Approximately 5% travel expected.
