Eligibility Criteria:
To be considered, you need to qualify for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation and have a strong knowledge of Residential Building Pathology. The criteria include:
* A RICS or CIOB accredited degree or postgraduate qualification plus at least one year of relevant work experience.
* A RICS-approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC or foundation degree plus at least two years of relevant work experience.
* Four or more years of relevant industry experience.
Full criteria are available on the RICS website. We are also interested in applicants who have completed the SAVA Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation.
