HSE Manager Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to join our Contracts Team. This role involves regular travel across the UK, Ireland, and EU, with a base in our Armagh office when not on-site. ?? Irish passport essential for EU travel Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain HSE policies and procedures Ensure compliance with safety regulations Conduct site inspections, audits, and incident investigations Prepare and review RAMS Promote a strong safety culture through training and toolbox talks Manage site documentation, inductions, and PPE Oversee ISO standards and contractor safety compliance Requirements NEBOSH Construction Certificate (essential) Experience in a construction HSE role Strong knowledge of ISO standards Excellent organisational and communication skills Full clean driving licence Benefits £45,000 £50,000 (DOE) Tax-free subsistence (UK & EU travel) 20 days leave public holidays Pension & life insurance Hours: MonThurs 95 - Fri 93 Skills: NEBOSH construction ISO standards
