Lead and manage the delivery of flagship programmes such as In2Sport, SGS Well and Hope, ensuring high-quality learner experiences and measurable impact. Drive the financial success of the adult learning provision, working towards a target income of nearly £1 million annually. Lead, support, and develop a team of lecturers, coaches, and support staff. Build strong relationships with external stakeholders, including funders, community organisations, and local authorities. Beneficial Skills & Qualifications Understanding of SEND frameworks, inclusive education practices, and relevant legislation. Knowledge of sport and physical activity as a tool for engagement, education, and personal development.
